ICS LTD LOGO

The OHIM has deemed the application made by Irish Cob Society Nederland (ICS NL) to register The Irish Cob Society Ltd (ICS Ltd) logo / design as INVALID.   OHIM has deemed ICS Ltd as the original and rightful holder of the said logo / design.

No organization may use the ICS Ltd logo / design unless they are affiliated to ICS Ltd.  As the ICS Ltd logo / design case has been resolved, ICS NL eligibility to apply for ICS Ltd affiliation is restored.

An ICS Ltd International Conference will take place, on date yet to be decided, during the latter half of February 2010, at a venue adjacent to Dublin Airport.

All ICS Ltd affiliates organizations, organizations approved to maintain Irish Cob Stud Books and any other organization or party invited by ICS Ltd may attend the ICS Ltd International Conference.

The date for the Conference will be published on the ICS Ltd site

 before the end of November 2009.
